Shipping rates
we are currently experimenting with our rates to acheive the most accurate & fair shipping cost. Our most up to date charges for UK customers are shown below:
UK orders
UK orders are dispatched within 7 days via first class or second class royal mail. we always obtain proof of postage, and larger items of more value are sent by recorded delivery (signature required)
Worldwide orders
We do ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary depending on where you are. If you would like to place an order please contact us with your details and a list of items you would like. We will then send you an email with your order information and a paypal invoice. We only accept paypal payments from international customers. Once you have paid we will ship your order via airmail. Most deliverys take up to 14 days
Recieving your order
We find that a lot of orders we send out are too big to fit through a letter box so please consider this when buying. Make sure there is someone around when the postman calls
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order please let us know. We do accept returns or exchanges for items within 14 days. Please note we will only refund or exchange items that are in the same condition as when they arrived, all packaged items must remain un opened. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be given in the same way as how you paid, Please contact us via the contact form or at shelovesstars@gmail.com before you return your items.
Lost & damaged items
Very rarely things can go astray in the mail, we cannot be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in the post, but be assured we take time and care to package your items professionaly and label them clearly.we always keep proof or postage & receipts in order to make a claim if required. |
